HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF DURING THE EXAMS

In this article I am going to brief you about something which is going to be very helpful for you in the long run.

Whenever we are studying a lot of our energy is consumed, very often we get tired or we are unable to perform the task to the best of our abilities, this is especially for those students who feel sleepy while studying or are unable to concentrate on their work for a longer duration.


So I am going to give general tips on how to become more efficient.  First of all students very often do not take proper diet, especially during the exams, they often do not hydrate themselves well or do not drink the right amount of water which is needed for rejuvenation of the body. Always carry water bottles with you, and as soon as you feel extremely stressed out, relax and have some of it.

After this comes food, have a rich and healthy diet, which also balances all your nutrition requirements. If you can, then have lukewarm water in the morning with drops of lemon in it, or if you could add some honey to it, it will be very beneficial for your health. Have ample amount of walnuts or cornflakes along with almonds.

For this you do not have to depend upon anyone you can take care of these small things yourself. Avoid unhealthy stuff like chips coke etc. Avoid aerated drinks as well, if you feel like munching then opt for seasonal fruits.

I know it may seem very odd that we are discussing diet here but believe me, these small things have a huge impact on us specially during the exam time. These things will help you become more efficient and effective, they will also increase your memory and energy levels.
