Hello friends, today I will be sharing with you the benefits
of successful planning, whether the planning is done in your personal or professional
life, it will enable you to reach a majority of goals, some of you might have
heard the old proverb, how do you eat a elephant, one bite at a time, in the exact
same manner, you can reap maximum benefit by planning out your day.
Planning allows you to save a lot of time, it also helps you
increase your output by roughly 10 times, and there is also a quote that says
proper prior planning prevents poor performance.
It is very simple to plan out your day, think on paper, this
means that you have to write down all the tasks down, you have to make a list
of all the things that you need to get done in the day, try to also keep this
in the order of priority.
Every single task should be on your list itself, as we know,
a goal not written is not a goal at all, every single thing must be recorded,
otherwise your planning is not good, planning helps you increase your
efficiency and usefulness, the proper
method of listing is actually very simple.
Let’s assume that tomorrow is the 9th, on the
previous night you have to plan out every single task that you have to perform
on 9th and as and when it is done you have to strike it off. Whatever
task is left needs to be carried forward to the next day.
People often use their phone for proper planning, you can
always use the TO do list option, try to maintain a diary which is date wise, whenever
you strike off the task you will feel motivated and rejuvenated to perform the
tasks.
If you spend even one moment n planning then you have saved
10 minutes in your execution. As we all know, failing to plan is planning to
fail.
A common problem is that although we have plans we fail to
execute them, and after a couple of days we stop making a plan in the first
place. This is a huge mistake and something that students should avoid.
