These pictures are of the
Strategic Management batch in Faridabad for the November 2016 attempt. This is
the first batch of strategic management for the season of November 2016. And we
already have around 80-90 students. Amazing feeling!!!
This is our 30th batch
for strategic management and our journey with the subject has also been
wonderful. Initially I used to teach SM in Faridabad branch of NIRC of ICAI. I
didn’t plan to teach it though but students forced me to teach so I started
teaching the SM.
The first experience of teaching
the SM was not at all good. I was filled with so much guilt that I wasted
students’ time. But on taking review students said that that I taught them finely.
But within my heart, I knew what I
had done. So that guilt made me focus on the subject more. That I had made in
my mind that I want to become the Best Teacher for Best Coaching for CA IPCC
SM.
I am a keen diary writer and
stuff that I write in my diary is related to my work, my goals, my short term
plans, my long term plans etc. I made “Best Coaching for CA IPCC SM” as my goal
and I wrote in my diary itself that I am going to spare no effort to make this
happen.
More than I thought, more than I
imagined, more than my capabilities, more than my instincts allowed me to
focus, I worked upon this subject. I planned that I would do anything to
achieve excellence in the subject than play with the future of the students. Because
of this hard work only we have achieved the target of providing Best Coaching
for CA IPCC SM.
And the results are in front of
you all.
One after one, we kept on
conducting fast track batches of strategic management and this helped me in
building command over the subject and finally students say that this is the
Best Coaching for CA IPCC SM.
Major reasons that why students
fell in love with our classes are following –
1. Complete coverage of the full syllabus –
leaving things in between or leaving things out completely has never been our
strategy. We work for students and our sole motive is to help the students in
clearing their exams. We will better shut down our education system than cheat
with the students. When a student joins us for the classes he has lot of
expectations from us. We are not perfect but we always try that we are able to
make them 90% satisfied.
2. Complete
blend of understanding and rattafication - we understand the importance of learning and
rote-learning. We make students understand the concepts which provide them with
complete over view of the chapter and widens the scope of their learning. In addition
to this, we also make students learn the answers in the class itself.
3. Exam-Oriented
Approach- So this is the most important thing. Students do not only want
understanding of the chapter but they are also interested in knowing that what
type of questions are being asked from the chapter so that they can focus on their
preparation in the right manner.
4. Regular
Tests and evaluation – We don’t leave things to students. After completion of
every chapter we believe in taking tests so that students can know where they
stand and can improve accordingly. Students who do not give tests are fined and
their parents are also informed.
All these things make us provide Best
